Yes, I personally took this picture, at a public park in Shanghai, China. I know it’s bad to laugh–and my Chinese is certainly much worse than this English–but I just can’t help it.

I should note that while my friends and I were laughing and taking pictures, the lady in the bicycle rental booth (above the sign) was angrily yelling at us, about how it wasn’t funny, and how she should be laughing at us because of our poor Mandarin.
